Linda Rodante

Born and raised in Florida, Linda loves the salt water,  the sun and the swamp lands. She rescues turtles and injured birds and even has a thing for the snakes, laughing a little when people jump back from harmless black racers, although she can do without rattlesnakes and water moccasins.

Linda has always loved reading—especially mysteries and romantic suspense novels. Years ago, she found authors Agatha Christie and Mary Stewart thrilling. Today, she likes Dee Henderson, Irene Hannon, Kristen Heitzman and numerous others. Since she speaks and works against human trafficking with the Tampa Bay area’s Task Force, she finds Kathy Macias’s trilogy about this subject a must read for those who want to know more about it.

Her blog at highlights human trafficking, sexuality in America, and her mother’s years-long missionary trips to Israel and Indonesia.

Linda gave her life to Christ at twenty-six and discovered the miraculous love and existence Jesus has to offer. Her life since has not always been easy, but it has included joy, laughter, new energy, and miracles. His “instruction manual,” she says, is life-altering!

After becoming a Christian, Linda lead prayer and women’s groups, worked with Concerned Women for America, and worked for five years as  a Center Director for the Pregnancy Center of Pinellas County. Today, her part time job as a of financial aid adviser at a Christian college gives her numerous ideas for other books.

After writing three Christian romantic suspense novels, she began looking for an agent. When a friend introduced her (through email) to Blythe Daniel, head of the Blythe Daniel Agency something clicked in her spirit. Today, she is represented by Jessica Kirkland and the Blythe Daniel Agency. Her first book placed as a finalist in the American Christian Fiction Genesis Contest.

She and her husband and live in Florida. They have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and three wonderful grandchildren.
